High above the Adriatic in Stanići, just minutes from the action of Omiš, Villa Ivana is where a lively friends’ holiday levels up into full-scale luxury. This is the kind of place that sets the pace for days filled with movement, water, sweat, laughter, and sunsets that stop conversations mid-sentence.

With five en-suite bedrooms all facing the sea, everyone wakes up to epic views and their own private space. Floor-to-ceiling glass, blackout curtains, and sleek rain showers keep recovery smooth after long beach days or late poolside nights. Climate control is fully customized with underfloor heating and individual AC throughout, keeping comfort no matter the season.

The heart of the villa is where the group syncs up - a massive open living and dining zone flowing straight onto the terrace. Outside, the heated pool becomes the gathering point for morning dips, afternoon lounging, and sunset drinks. Add the shaded outdoor lounge, barbecue setup, and panoramic views, and every evening naturally turns into an event.

This villa doesn’t slow the group down - it fuels it. The private fitness zone kicks off workout challenges, and the private spa with a Jacuzzi takes over when the body needs to reset. Down at the coast, beach time, boating, canyoning, and watersports keep the adrenaline flowing.

With space for up to ten, parking for seven cars, full privacy, and a setting designed for both movement and indulgence, Villa Ivana delivers the rare combination every trip wants - high energy by day, high comfort by night, and zero compromises in between.
