Welcome to your private waterfront retreat in Port Charlotte! This charming three-bedroom, two-bath home is perfect for snowbirds, couples, families, and anyone looking for a relaxing Southwest Florida getaway.
Set along a peaceful canal, the home features beautiful water views, a private covered pool, and a dock where you can fish, watch boats pass by, or simply unwind.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable open-concept living space with central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for meals at home. Three inviting bedrooms provide a restful place to relax after a day of exploring or enjoying the Florida sunshine.
Whether you're planning a weekend escape or an extended stay, this canal-front home offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility.
For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the front door (Ring doorbell), around the home's exterior, and overlooking the pool area.

Pool heating available Oct 1st - May 1st ($32/night, 3-day notice with payment required)
3 free parking spots in the driveway (NO parking on the street or grass)
No pets in the home or on property for a fresh, clean space
Security: Ring doorbell + exterior perimeter and pool patio area cameras for your safety
The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30, with peak activity typically occurring from mid-August through mid-October. While natural disasters are beyond our control, our policy regarding cancellations and refunds remains the same: if the home is habitable, no refunds will be issued. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance for added protection and peace of mind during hurricane season. If a named storm is forecast for the area, the following precautions may be taken (when possible by one person) and will remain in place until the storm has passed:
Outdoor dock furniture will be moved to a safe location.
Lanai furniture will be moved inside or secured against the home.
Televisions will be unplugged.
Trash cans will be secured against the home, unless trash pickup is scheduled within the next 48 hours.
Ice bins will be emptied, and ice makers will be turned off in case of a power outage.
Electric storm shutters will be closed. (Manual storm shutters are not installed.)
