Recent updates include new tile floors throughout, two upgraded bathrooms, new kitchen appliances and cabinetry, and a new washer/dryer for your swimsuits and beach towels. Enjoy free WiFi and your own shaded balcony as well! Here in midtown Ocean City, not only will you have excellent walking access to the beach, you'll be within blocks of popular restaurants, beachy eateries, great shops, all sorts of family-friendly activities, the convention center, and every convenience you could want or need. THINGS TO KNOW Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great location, quiet area, plenty of room inside for everybody. Would definitely rent there again.

Ocean side, close to the beach. Not a lot of cooking utensils though! However the beds were very comfy, gave us plenty of dishwasher pods, dish soap, and shower amenities! Outdoor shower. The parking is difficult to figure out. No privacy on the front door. Over all enjoyed the stay!

My husband, myself and kids recently stayed. Very quiet area, super close access to the beach. We would definitely stay again. Only concern is the air conditioning - it wasn’t considerably hot during our stay outside, and wish the temp inside could have been a few degrees cooler. If it were hot 85+ everyday - then the inside temp definitely would have been an issue.
