The location was perfect. Could walk to the river district easily for shopping and restaurants. Had a beautiful view of the river. Free onsite parking. We didn't use the pool, but it looked lovely. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the 1/2 bath in addition to the full bath. The front desk staff are only there until 6pm, but they were friendly and we were able to get a cart from them to maneuver our items upstairs. There is a small cafe in the lobby with also very friendly baristas and a selection of food to order. The downside to our experience.... communication with the host was lacking. We did not get check in instructions and had to ask for them multiple times. While we were shopping i messaged to ask if there was a coffee maker. DNA responded that there should be, but did not respond to what type of coffee maker. K cup or drip, if there were filters, etc. There was a small drip coffee maker, but no filters. The kitchen was minimally appointed. No salt and pepper, scissors or flat spatula to turn an egg. And FYI, there is no oven, only a stove top. There was no TV remote for the living room TV. He offered to hook up a roku to that TV if we allowed entrance to the room if we weren't there, but we didn't really need it at that point. Overall, it would be a great stay with some added ammenities and quicker response time to messages
