Inside, you'll have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and central AC to keep you cool on hot days. The living room features a cozy sofa and a TV for movie nights (no internet or cable), while the dining area is perfect for family meals or game nights.
Step outside and enjoy the resort-style amenities, including a pool, tennis court, and beach access for fun in the sun. For indoor entertainment, there's a game room with a ping-pong table and pool table, as well as a selection of books and board games for all ages.

BRAEMAR TOWERS REGISTRATION FEE: There is a $75 building registration fee that is payable by credit card, check or money order only; no cash. There is a $2.05 convenience fee for using a credit card.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
