You live by the water with a view of the canal and the sky, which changes color throughout the day. Here, you are close to both nature and city life—and it gives you a special sense of calm to start the day with a view of the water.

The apartment is decorated with a love for Danish design, art, and colors. You will find wooden furniture, art on the walls, soft textiles, and lots of plants. The kitchen and dining area is the focal point of the home, while the living room is bright and calm with large windows and a reading corner. The rest of the home is simply and functionally decorated with plenty of space.

Outside, there is a green courtyard with a playground, orangery, greenhouse, and small communal areas where neighbors meet in the summer. The water is right outside the door, where you can take walks along the quay or just enjoy the view.

You have access to two harbour baths – one is 2 minutes away, the other 7 minutes. The metro is 60 seconds from the apartment and takes you to the city centre, Vesterbro and the airport. Visit Sydhavnstippen for nature and animals, or explore Slusen and Amager Fælled.
