This beautiful new home has been artfully designed and crafted to be part of the famous Beira Mar neighbourhood. It is located in the noble and historic area of the city of Aveiro, where peace and quiet reign above all good neighbourliness.
It is a very cosy house.
We look forward to your visit.
The entrance hall has a cupboard for your belongings, coats and shoes. then a sofa that quickly turns into a comfortable bed for two.
There is a full bathroom, a built-in wardrobe and a storage room where suitcases can be stored. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Next is a versatile kitchen, living room and bedroom in one. In the kitchen you'll find all the essential appliances with a dining table for 4. In the lounge you'll find a sofa with a TV. And in the bedroom, a unique setting with a double bed where you can combine rest and pleasure.
Finally, an intimate patio where you can savour a wine
produced for four generations in a quiet village in the interior
the north of Portugal or simply enjoy a good book lulled
the scent of basil and a simple hammock.
