The atmospheric living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, flat-screen TV and a large dining table. Through the sliding doors you step directly onto the covered terrace with a spacious garden table and chairs. This is a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet breakfast, read a book or savour a drink in the evening sun.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences, including an induction hob, combination microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Whether you choose a quick lunch or an elaborate dinner, everything is available to cook and enjoy without worry.

The villa features four stylishly furnished bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a luxury bedroom with television and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and sink. On the first floor there are three additional bedrooms, two of which have television. This floor also has two modern bathrooms with shower and toilet, ensuring everyone enjoys comfort and sufficient privacy.

For extra relaxation, there is a private sauna available. Together with the three bathrooms, underfloor heating and a washer-dryer combination, the villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay in any season.

Outside, you enjoy a spacious terrace at the outer harbour and a private 7-metre mooring. From here you look out over the calm water and see in the distance the liveliness of the sailing school in Heeg. You sail directly onto the Frisian lakes without bridges or obstacles. Thanks to the peaceful location, you experience here an atmospheric combination of relaxation and Frisian charm.

The villa also has two private parking spaces and a lockable storage room, which provides extra convenience during your stay.
