The living room is very spacious composed of a very large fully equipped kitchen, a room right next to it will serve as a pantry and laundry area, the living room and dining room overlook the swimming pool, a toilet located in the hallway is also available.

Outside, the house is located in a quiet development, the land is fully fenced and an electric gate gives access to the front of the house to the Penn gravel space to park vehicles. A pretty pergola has been built to allow holidaymakers to find a shady corner to have lunch and cook, a large swimming pool and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. You can also enjoy shady moments under the olive and oak trees on the grounds as well as good games of petanque on the side of the house.

Para-hotel service, household linen (beds, bathrooms and kitchen) is included in the rental and installed according to the number of travelers (percale duvet cover, percale flat sheet, percale pillowcases, bath towel, small towel, bath mat, kitchen towels).

You will have to start your stay, a sponge, a garbage bag in each bin of the accommodation (kitchen & bathroom), one roll of toilet paper per toilet, cleaning spray, 2 washing machine tablets and 2 dishwasher tablets, pepper/salt, olive oil.
However, the renewal of some of these products will be at your expense (washing-up liquid, salt/pepper, olive oil).

Arrivals are from 17:00 to 21:00 (late check-in charged by the concierge) and maximum departure at 10:00 (check-out rate charged by the concierge). The handover of keys is done in person only, we like to be able to meet you and thus give you all the necessary information about the accommodation and answer all your questions.
We will do everything possible to welcome you at the time that suits you best, however the hours may vary depending on the time at which the previous tenants leave, the condition in which the accommodations are left, as well as according to any repairs and other interventions that we may have to carry out between 2 rentals.

The concierge will contact you 1 week before your arrival for additional information by text message and will inform you in real time of the time of availability of the accommodation, so remember to let us know if you are late.

For information, this is a furnished tourist rental, not to be confused with the services that hotels or guest houses can offer, therefore, we ask all our travelers to respect the premises and honor the requests made by the concierge service.

Upon the arrival of the tenants, an inventory of fixtures will be signed by both parties. Any damage or breach of the house rules will be the subject of a dispute.

In order to preserve our environment and not make a waste, you will be able to leave only unopened products in the fridge and dry products in the cupboards, they will be recovered so as not to go in the trash. On the other hand, everything else will have to be thrown away.
