With the beach only metres away and the town centre nearby, Tangaroa Beachside Bliss offers the ultimate in relaxed coastal living. Spend your days moving effortlessly between the beach and your own private in-ground pool, the perfect spot to cool off and enjoy long summer afternoons.
The ‘Coconut Hut’ Pool-House/Bar is the ultimate hang-out space for all ages.
Spread across three levels, the home is designed for comfort and easy holidays, with light-filled open-plan living flowing onto a sunny deck—ideal for unwinding after a day by the sea.
The top-floor master retreat captures beautiful ocean views. The two lower levels offer another 5 bedrooms, including bunk room which has been converted from an internal garage.
This spacious 6 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse offers ample space for 2 families holidaying together.
*Please note, the in-ground pool is only heated from Labour Weekend in October - end of Easter. Outside of this time, the pool is not heated. *There is one heat-pump/air-conditioning unit in the house. It is in the living/dining area. There are additional portable fans provided.

House Rules and Information -
Parking: 3 x off street parking, including boat parking. There is no garage, as this has been converted into the bunk room.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
