Recognized by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage as an artist’s residence, this historic home has been in our family since the time of the Macchiaioli painters Francesco and Luigi Gioli.

On the first floor, you’ll find a large, fully equipped kitchen, an elegant living room, a spacious dining room overlooking the garden, a study with a desk and internet access, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room. The property also includes a small consecrated chapel, ideal for intimate ceremonies.

Guests can visit the painters’ studio and climb the observation tower, enjoying a breathtaking 360° view of the Tuscan hills, the valley, and Pisa: the perfect spot for an exclusive aperitif, sipping fine wines as the panorama unfolds in all its beauty.
