• Coastal Wind & Door Suction Precaution: High-velocity coastal winds create intense air suction between the hallway and ocean side. Never open the condo front entry door and the balcony sliding doors at the same time. The front or interior doors can slam shut with extreme force, posing severe injury risk and property damage. Always ensure the hallway entry door is fully closed before opening the balcony doors.
• Sleeper Sofa Care: The living room couch features an integrated pull-out sleeper bed. Guests must ensure they are completely dry and sand-free before using the couch, and always use a towel cover if returning directly from the beach or pool.
• Key Policy: Guests receive property keys at check-in. A $100 replacement fee will be assessed for any unreturned or lost key.
• Resort & Property Guidelines: Harbour Beach Resort HOA quiet hours and smoke-free policies are strictly enforced. All condo contents, kitchenware, and linens (except dedicated pool/beach towels) must remain inside the unit at all times.
