Bed linen and towels for the bedroom are included in the cleaning fee.

If you plan to use the sofa bed, please note that **linen for the sofa bed is not included An additional €30 charge applies for the sofa bed linen.

To make sure everything is prepared for your arrival, we kindly ask you to **let us know ideally at least one week before your stay**, or at the very latest a few days in advance, if you would like to use the sofa bed.

The property is located in the Saint-Ferdinand neighbourhood, on the Arcachon Bay, within the municipality of Arcachon. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and the town centre is around 20 minutes away.

In the immediate vicinity, the Aiguillon district offers a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as the harbour and the water sports centre. Everything is easily accessible in under 20 minutes: beaches, the town centre, shops and places to eat.

We highly recommend hiring bikes so you can make the most of the many cycle paths, which allow you to get around the whole region easily and enjoyably.
