Set in a quiet residential pocket near Georgetown, Downtown DC, Key Bridge, and the Rosslyn Metro, this apartment is designed as a calm, practical home base for work trips, family visits, or city weekends.

✓ Living Area: Comfortable seating with a pull-out sofa bed for an additional guest.
✓ Kitchen: Fully stocked for simple meals and morning coffee.
