Relax with a 50” Samsung TV and enjoy fast, reliable WiFi throughout. Jaco Living is a newly completed boutique-style building (March 2026) with only 5 private apartments, offering a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Guests benefit from free secure on-site parking for one vehicle, an electronic gate with 24/7 access, and flexible doorman or self check-in. The property features a welcoming reception area with onsite management, a secure internal courtyard with grass and plants, and a full-size raised swimming pool with deck, sun lounge chairs, and outdoor seating—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Located just 800 meters from Jacó Beach via Calle Lapas Verde, you can easily walk to the beach, restaurants, casinos, and nightlife while still enjoying a peaceful setting away from the busiest areas. Additional amenities include a foot rinse area for sand and saltwater, a 1200-gallon reserve water tank with pressure system for consistent water supply, and security cameras with onsite staff for added safety. Apartments come stocked with essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and bath towels, while housekeeping and laundry services are available for an additional fee. An EV charger is also available for electric vehicles (reservation required in advance). Guests enjoy full private access to their apartment with key entry and can come and go freely at any time through the secure gate. Our onsite administrator and team are available to assist during your stay, and we are always reachable via messaging if needed. Complimentary luggage storage is available on arrival or departure day from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
