Linens and Towels: Bed Linens and Bath Towels are included and will be set up prior to your arrival.
Need Beach Essentials? We can also arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other items prior to your arrival.
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Explore 114 E 23rd Ave. a spacious beach home at North Wildwood designed for a large group and family gatherings. With six bedrooms and room up to eighteen guests, this single-family home offers an exceptional option for large families or groups to stay, while providing a perfect space to relax and have fun after a day at the beach.
The sleeping setup include, on the second floor, first bedroom with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed; a second bedroom with a queen bed and a twin daybed; a third bedroom with a queen bed; and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed and a twin daybed. On the third floor, the fifth bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a full/double trundle, while the sixth bedroom offers a king bed. The living room features a cozy fireplace and French doors, leading to a sun-filled family room and dining area with a built-in hutch. The spacious kitchen offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV for entertainment.
Enjoy fireworks from the wraparound front porch, entertain on the large back deck, or relax in the private pool with an outdoor shower and handy shed!
Parking:
There are 4 parking spaces available in the driveway.
Please note the pool is closed from the middle of October to the middle of May.

Rooms were very clean, the area was quiet, parking was a little confusing at first but we got it figured out, only thing we were not expecting was linens were not included. We had to bring our own not a problem but just unexpected however easy fix. Pool was amazing, the backyard outside space was our favorite and the house is within walking distance of the boardwalk it was an amazing experience:)
