In this carefully renovated woodshed from the turn of the last century, sustainable design meets historic charm. With 95% recycled materials, it has been transformed into a unique vacation home where every detail tells its own story.

The rustic interior creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the cottage. You have plenty of space to socialize and relax, while the thoughtful details remind you of the building's exciting past as a woodshed.

Outside, there is a private garden with a paved patio and a fascinating tree platform built around a majestic larch tree. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

The location is perfect for experiencing the best of both city and sea. A 20-minute bike ride takes you to the beaches and surf life of Apelviken, Varberg's historic fortress, and the charming city center. Don't miss a visit to nearby Strömma Farm Lodge for local delicacies and entertainment.
