This villa is situated high above Tisvildeleje and features original windows from 1917 that let in light all year round. The spacious ground floor offers several cozy nooks, including a new wall-mounted Morsø wood-burning stove by the dining table.

The ground floor has a completely open floor plan with only one interior door—to the bathroom, which served as the home’s entryway until the 1960s. The open kitchen connects to the dining room, and the sofa in the TV room is the perfect spot for a nap or a good movie on a rainy day.

The garden is situated in peaceful surroundings with woods and the beach just around the corner. The annex provides extra space when the whole family gets together.

You are just 300 meters from Tisvilde Hegn—a vast forest bordering the Kattegat and the dunes—and Tisvildeleje Beach with its lovely sand and inviting swimming water. "Udsigten" is 400 meters from the house, a high vantage point overlooking the old fishing village. Tisvilde Bio is 700 meters away, and the tennis club is a 2-kilometer bike ride away.
