Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. It was so great experience to stay there. It’s sooooo beautiful home and comfortable. It’s a very quiet place. I will come back next time with big family to stay there I hope available next time. Thank you for letting us stay there. Hope you have a great weekend!!!

The unit was very clean and very spacious! Beds and pillows very comfortable. Called to report a few light bulbs that were out and I said no need to replace until we leave, but they were replaced same day while we were out playing tennis. Great location … next to fitness center close to outdoor pool. 10 min walk to tennis center. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back.

Great house and location. As an owner renting with my family I highly recommend this house and will be sure to rent it again. There was a few things here and there that need to be fixed but nothing major.
