La Maison Rose is a beautifully restored, standalone stone cottage located on the banks of the Rance River in the peaceful harbor village of Lyvet, just 6 km from Dinan.
Combining traditional Breton charm with modern amenities, it offers a relaxing and comfortable setting from which to explore northern Brittany.

Dinan, one of Brittany’s best-preserved medieval towns, is just 6 km away. Saint-Malo and the Emerald Coast are about a 30-minute drive away, and the Voie Verte bike path provides a traffic-free route to the coast. Mont-Saint-Michel is about an hour away.
