Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. Love this house. Have booked it 2 years in a row and will rent in the future. Great location close to tram stop. Comfy beds and well appointed decor. One of my favorite Sea Colony layouts. Fells like a home away from home.

This was the second time we stayed in this unit. Everything was great. Well stocked kitchen, large screen tv’s, beautifully decorated. We had a problem with the fire alarms. One call to Vacasa and it was resolved immediately. We would stay here again!!!

The house was comfortable and as advertised…our only complaint was the odor. Probably carpets need a good cleaning. I tried using baking soda to eliminate the odor and it helped a little - but we are paying too much money to have to try and solve for something like that.
