We are 6 miles to the ferry to the Outer Banks as well as Cedar Island beach., Other activities include horseback riding, fishing, birding, boating, and relaxing. The boat launch is at the end of the street, which is also a great spot for crabbing. Or launch a kayak right from the house (provided). Our shallow bay is perfect for small children, and we have the best morning sunrise!! Take a trip to the beautiful Beaufort waterfront and take a ferry to the Cape Lookout lighthouse, or a day trip to Atlantic beach and Pine Knoll Shores aquarium.
