My family and I recently stayed at this property, and had a wonderful time! We had previously owned a home in Bayside, so we knew what to expect as far as amenities go! We would definitely stay here again, although next year I am looking for a home with 3 bathrooms.

The area is quiet and peaceful. Amenities are close by. Home is spacious and accurate in photos that are advertised.

Nice condo in Bayside. Plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and nice laundry facilities in the place. A little disappointing that none of Bayside amenities were included. Could have purchased for high fees but would not have been able to use the pool even if we had. Trash removal was not included - had to drive the trash down the street to dumpsters. A/C was not very effective on the second floor but first floor was fine. Nice for a beach getaway with the family.

The layout of this home is great with the master on the 1st floor, and a place for the kids to hang out on the 2nd floor. We love Bayside, we only wished that this house was inside the community.
