House was very clean , it was cozy , location was perfect , 3 beautiful beaches within 3-5 min drive around the corner perfect . House had all amenities needed. Just needed a bbq brush/cleaner none found to clean grill. Bbq Grill was filthy in and out .

Gorgeous home in quiet neighborhood close to the Chatham airport and downtown airport. Would stay again!

This house was perfect for three of us attending a wedding at the Chatham Bars Inn. The den/tv room is beautiful and comfortable. The bedrooms are smallish but functional as are the bathrooms. If you need to be in Chatham for a function it is great but I would not call nit vacation home-no pool and not near beaches. If you have no need for resort amenities it is much better value for money than two rooms at the Chatham Bars Inn (less than half the cost during high season-July). The house is less than 2 miles from the the center of Chatham.
The house is extremely clean and very quiet despite close proximity to the only route into town from the West, which also makes it very convenient. The size of the property is small but surprisingly private.
The Vacasa pictures are very accurate.
We would gladly return for another function but not a destination vacation to spend a lot of time at the house.
