Additional amenities include new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, central air conditioning, an in-unit washer & dryer, two TVs, and high-speed WiFi. Prime location situated on Sea Colony's West Lake, the villa is just a stroll to outdoor pools, pickleball courts, the resort's world-class tennis center, and a summer beach shuttle stop!

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. Beautiful unit and wonderful location. Access to pickleball and tennis. Great fitness center, pools and beach. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. We loved the large deck. Definitely recommend!
