Experience the perfect harmony of relaxation and nature in this sustainable wooden holiday villa, located on a quiet, small-scale park in Den Ham. Surrounded by the serene Salland landscape, this detached home sits on a spacious 600 m² green plot with a wraparound veranda, offering an ideal setting to soak in the views. The heart of the home is a bright, open-plan living space featuring a central, double-sided gas fireplace that adds a cozy atmosphere to both the lounge and the kitchen. Designed for convenience, the villa features a modern kitchen equipped with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, and various coffee machines, as well as high-tech entertainment amenities such as a Smart TV, Netflix, and a soundbar with a subwoofer.

Your well-being is a priority here; the villa features an infrared sauna in a separate building, and the main bathroom provides a spa-like retreat with a whirlpool tub, luxury rain shower, and underfloor heating. The home accommodates up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms, and thoughtfully includes practical amenities such as lime-free water, high-speed Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. To ensure a stress-free stay for your entire group, bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels are all included, and an adjustable 50-meter fence is available to keep your dog safe while you relax on the veranda.
