Luma Vèra – A Penthouse Sanctuary of Light and Design
Perched high above the Las Vegas skyline on the 32nd penthouse floor of MGM Signature Tower 1, is a newly reimagined studio retreat where light, elegance, and modern design come together in perfect harmony.
One of its most exceptional features is the rare, oversized private balcony, a true standout for a studio, offering sweeping, unobstructed views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Whether you're enjoying a quiet sunrise or the electric glow of the city at night, this elevated vantage point creates an unforgettable experience.
This fully renovated residence has been thoughtfully curated by Ilona Melnichenko, blending refined European sensibility with contemporary comfort. Warm wood flooring flows throughout the space, creating a grounded yet elevated atmosphere, while floor-to-ceiling powered shades allow you to effortlessly frame the city below.
The spa-inspired bathroom is beautifully appointed with dual sinks, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and a jetted soaking tub perfect for unwinding after a day or night on the Strip.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for preparing small meals, featuring everything you need in a clean, functional, and well-prepared space designed for convenience without compromise.
Every element of the interior has been completely redesigned with high-end furnishings, luxury linens, plush towels, and elevated amenities, creating a stay that feels both indulgent and effortlessly comfortable.
As a guest of MGM Signature, you'll enjoy full access to resort-style amenities, including multiple pools, a well-equipped fitness center, and the seamless connection to the MGM Grand. Tower 1 also features a beautiful private lounge, complete with a daily happy hour and an on-site Starbucks, adding both convenience and a touch of social elegance to your stay.
