Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, complimentary coffee for the first morning and access to a laundry with washing machine and dryer.



The Neighborhood:

The Salty Palm is located right outside the center city, in the picturesque Uptown neighborhood. Enjoy everything downtown has to offer while staying out of the lous hustle and bustle. Surrounded by historic homes and beautiful scenery, you will have no problems settling into this quiet neighborhood.



Getting Around:

The Salty Palm is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home!



Driving to the beach is less than a 5 minute drive.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Begin your tour at the Fountain of Youth, just around the corner and included on one of the tour stops!

WANT TO ADD POOL HEAT?

Looking forward to a warm swim? Pool heat is available at this home for $30 per night. After booking, you’ll find the details in your Guest Portal, where you can review and agree to the pool heat terms and conditions and pay the fee.

If you’d like to add pool heat to your stay, please review the information and make your request before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Requests made after arrival will include an additional $35 activation fee.



BRINGING YOUR DOG?

We’re happy to welcome one dog weighing 50 pounds or less at this home! After booking, you can register your dog and pay the non-refundable pet fee right in your Guest Portal. Please complete both steps before check-in so everything is ready for your pup’s arrival.

Have a question about bringing a second dog or a dog over 50 pounds? Please message us before booking. Some homes may allow an exception, but we must confirm it before the reservation is made. Once booked, we cannot make exceptions to the number or size of dogs.

Dogs must be at least one year old, up to date on vaccinations, and fully house-trained. Please supervise your dog and clean up after them during your stay. You’ll find the full pet guidelines in your Guest Portal.



GUEST PORTAL & GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM

We want everything you need for a wonderful stay to be easy to find! After booking, we’ll send you a link to your Guest Portal—your one-stop spot for details about the home, helpful tips for your stay, and check-in and check-out instructions.

To help protect both our guests and our homes, we ask everyone to complete a few simple steps in the portal before arrival: verify their information, review and electronically sign the Rental Agreement, and choose one of two protection options:

• Damage Waiver: A small, non-refundable fee that covers eligible accidental damage during your stay.

• Security Deposit: A refundable deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided there is no damage or violation of the house rules.

Once those quick steps are complete, you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Keep your Guest Portal handy—it’s filled with helpful details about the home and local area, including your check-in and check-out instructions. Everything you need for your stay is just a tap away.
