Welcome to your holiday home in Quarteira, a modern and cosy duplex flat just minutes from Quarteira and Vilamoura beaches.

This inviting 2‑floor, 3‑bedroom home is your ideal nest near the Marina and all the beauty Vilamoura has to offer. Conveniently located close to the beach, the Vilamoura Marina and a golf course, it’s perfect for groups of friends or families of up to 8 who want to explore the neighbourhood while staying in a tranquil area. Picture yourself having breakfast on the balcony, enjoying leisurely hours watching TV or simply relaxing on the sofa, firing up the barbecue on the terrace, or walking a few minutes to have lunch out and pick up supplies. There is also a guest WC by the entrance hall for extra convenience.

Step inside to the first floor, where you’ll find three cosy bedrooms, all en‑suite with showers, offering comfort and privacy for everyone. The inviting living room and open‑plan kitchen make it easy to stay connected, even while preparing quick meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped, so you can handle everything from simple breakfasts to easy family dinners without missing out on the conversation in the lounge. There is also a lift, available on request, for people with reduced mobility, making it practical for the elderly and people in wheelchairs.

On the ground floor, a dedicated barbecue area with its own kitchen and TV creates a great space for relaxed alfresco meals and unhurried evenings at home, plus an additional WC so you don’t need to go upstairs when you’re enjoying the terrace. The private garage opens with a remote control and can accommodate up to three cars, adding an extra layer of convenience to your stay.
