The Mackenzie area offers a perfect blend of coastal living and city convenience. The apartment is located on a quiet road, a short 10-minute walk from Kastella Beach and the promenade, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and cafés right on your doorstep.



A 20–25 minute walk takes you either to Mackenzie Beach, known for its lively beach bars, sunbeds, and waterfront dining, or towards Finikoudes and the city centre, where you’ll find a vibrant seafront promenade, shopping, and a wide selection of restaurants and nightlife. Here you can also explore historical landmarks such as the Larnaca Medieval Castle and the iconic Church of Saint Lazarus.



Larnaca International Airport is just a 10-minute drive away, making arrival and departure quick and easy. It’s also the perfect base for exploring by car or public transport, with Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Limassol all within easy driving distance.



Getting Around:

A bus stop is located right outside the apartment, offering easy connections to the airport, nearby beaches, and key areas around Larnaca. It’s a simple and affordable way to explore the city and reach popular spots and attractions without needing a car.



For more flexibility, taxis are readily available and car hire is a great option for exploring further afield, including Ayia Napa, Protaras, and Limassol. A private parking space is also available for guests travelling with a car.

Other Things to Note:

Electricity usage



The apartment operates on a key card electricity system. Please ensure the key card is inserted upon arrival, as no electricity will be active without it. We kindly ask that you only use electricity when you are inside the apartment.



Parking



There is a private parking space for the apartment, located behind the building along the outer wall. To find it, drive past Dhalie Court on your right, then take the next right—you’ll see the space marked 303 against the small wall.



Self-Catering & Starter Kit



The property is offered as self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay at your own pace. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials for your arrival, including toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods where applicable, a bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and basic cleaning essentials. The starter kit is intended to get you settled in at the beginning of your stay. Please note that edible cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and other food items are not provided. Consumable items are also not replenished throughout your stay. There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and other amenities nearby where you can easily purchase anything else you may need.



Cleanliness Standards



Our professional team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed bed linen and towels are provided, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming space from the moment you arrive.



Travelling with Little Ones



Children under 2 stay free of charge. A travel cot is available for €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay. Please request these in advance so we can have them prepared for your arrival.



Need Flexibility?



Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.



Verification & Check-In



For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to upload a valid ID and sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to your personal guest portal, where you can complete the required verification. Once the verification process has been completed, your check-in details will be released. For security purposes, the property's access code will only be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time.
