This 2-story home is located in central Edmond, Oklahoma, just minutes away from many family fun and togetherness! This home offers 4 cozy bedrooms: 1 king, 4 queens, and 1 twin bed, with 2.5 bathrooms! The house is very comfortable and is perfect for the whole family to be together! An open floor plan is perfect for catching up with family and winding down after a long day of having fun! My goal is to make you feel welcomed and feel like you're right at home!
Safety Focus:
- Please be aware that the home has stairs. For the safety of infants and children, an adult must accompany them at all times.
Rules:
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- NO SMOKING INSIDE - $500 fine
- STRICT NO PARTY RULE
- NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE BEDROOMS
- QUIET HOURS: 10:00pm - 8:00am
- This home is 2079 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths
- 6 beds with TVs in every room - 1 king, 4 queens, 1 twin
- All bedrooms are updated with new carpets

- Bedroom #2 queen size bed with 40" Roku TV
- Bedroom #3 1 queen & 1 twin size bed with 40" Roku TV
Downstairs Bedroom:
- Master bedroom with 2 queens & 40" Roku TV
Full Bathrooms:
- Upstairs Bathroom #1 full bath
- Downstairs Bathroom #2 full bath, Jacuzzi, walk-in shower
- All bathrooms include basic amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
- Includes hairdryer and bath towels
Half Bathroom: downstairs between Kitchen, Bedroom #4, & Laundry Room
Living Area:
- 65" Roku TV with Netflix, Prime Live TV
- Includes 2 couches, enough seating for 9
- 2 accent chairs
- Reading books located under TV stand
- Games & puzzles for family entertainment
Kitchen:
- Drawers full of utensils, dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, cooking ware)
- Refrigerator with ice maker; toaster, air fryer, coffee, creamer, sugar, cooking seasonings
- Dish washer with detergent
- Fire extinguisher labeled in kitchen cabinet under Coffee Bar
- First Aid Kit located in labeled kitchen drawer
Dining Area:
- Dining table with 6 chairs
Laundry Room:
- Speed queen Washer & gas dryer; detergent is provided
Backyard Patio:
- Outdoor grill (gas)
- Patio table for 6
Guest Access:
- Guests will have full access to the property including the garage; garage opener will be provided to guests (during checkout, please leave the garage opener at the counter, if lost - there will be a charge of $50)
Parking:
- Only 5 vehicles allowed at property, please use the garage and driveway.
- DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET
Trash Day: Wednesday
- If you are staying overnight on Tuesday, please bring the trash bin to the sidewalk. Trash bins are located outside on the left side of the garage. Please bring in the bins after collection!
A/C & Heating:
- There are 2 HVACs: 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs
- All rooms have ceiling fans
- SUMMER GUESTS: Please turn the thermostat to 80 degrees before you leave
- WINTER GUESTS: Please turn the thermostat to 60 degrees before you leave
Checking out:
- Please take all trash to the trash bins located on the left side of the garage
- Leave all bath towel on the bathroom floor
- Leave all beds as is so cleaners know what was used during your stay
- Wash all dishes/run the dishwasher
- Turn off all fans and lights in the home
- Return all fall/light remotes where they belong
- Send property owner a message on VRBO when you head out so cleaning services can begin cleaning!

Lovely home, easy to get around to Edmond and the surrounding areas! HOA does not like street parking, so used the garage, so worked out ok in the end as there were 10 of us in three cars with other family members coming to visit off and on. Plenty of space and comfy for a few days for a wedding! Would recommend a few things that could add to the comfort and amenities of the house: 1. Electric kettle to boil water for tea. 2. Wine bottle opener/corkscrew. 3. Sugar packets (not just Splenda). Otherwise was great!

Amy was an amazing host, and we were so happy to have found her home after a rental we had previously booked had been cancelled. The home was perfect for our family. Everyone was comfortable, and we had plenty of space. Everything was labeled and clean, when we visit Edmond again, we will be back :) Thank you for sharing your house with us!
