Set on two private acres along the Rondout Creek in High Falls, this brand new modern home offers light, space, and stillness. Fifteen-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows frame water and sky. A 52-foot deck leads to your private beach on the Rondout Creek. Inside, clean design and a piano invite rest and creativity. Minutes from Hudson Valley culture, yet a world apart—perfect for retreat, reflection, and connection. This is the upper floor of a two-unit house designed for extensive soundproofing and privacy. My spry stepfather lives downstairs in a one-bedroom apartment and completely respects guests' privacy.
