## The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional historic building in Freiberg. It features a separate bedroom, a spacious living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

**Living, Dining and Working**
The bright living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed (120 × 200 cm), a smart TV and a dining table for up to six people. A dedicated workspace with monitor, keyboard, mouse and USB-C docking station also makes the apartment ideal for business travellers and longer stays.

**Sleeping Arrangements for Up to Six Guests**
The separate bedroom features a comfortable king-size box spring bed (180 × 200 cm) and two fold-down wall beds (90 × 200 cm each). This allows parents and children to sleep together in the same room. The sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping spaces.

**Kitchen and Bathroom**
The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom features a bathtub with shower facilities, a washer-dryer and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are included.

We've also thought of our youngest guests! Toys, a baby blanket, children's dishes and cutlery are provided. A travel cot, high chair and potty are available upon request.
