The location.
The mattresses were terrible. We couldn't sleep comfortably.
The place wasn't cleaned enough.
The place was full of aunts and we couldn't use the setting room without being disturbed by aunts.
The sink in the bathroom didn't drain water and so we couldn't use it.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom.
Noise from the upstairs neighbours who were screaming and TV volume very high.
Missing hairdryer that was advertised as existing i. The room facilities.
We couldn't use the PS gaming console as there was no cable to charge them.
