Sats hotel

I was asked several times before leaving at check-out to write a review, as the staff mentioned that I might not leave one afterward and that they needed reviews because it was low season. The staff were helpful, carried my luggage, and answered my inquiry about a car transfer, although I ultimately didn’t use the service because it was more expensive than other options. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night. There was also hot water and air conditioning.

In the morning, I was offered breakfast, and it sounded as though it was included in the room price. After I finished, I was told that it cost around $2. If the staff had clarified the price when offering it, I would not have felt somewhat misled. The air-conditioning remote control did not seem to work properly. When I woke up in the morning, the room was a little cold, but I would still prefer it to be cooler than too hot.
