The convenient location and availability of car parking were the main positives.

I booked a Quadruple Room with 4 single beds and specifically requested a ground/lower-floor room during booking, as shown in the room pictures provided. However, I was given a small and congested room on the 4th floor, with hardly enough space to move around comfortably with my family. As I booked the room for 2 nights, I requested basic amenities and housekeeping for the second day, including bedsheet changes, tissue paper, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc. Unfortunately, no one attended to these requests. Overall, the location and car parking are convenient, which are the main advantages of this hotel. However, the room allocation, housekeeping, and basic services did not meet the expected standard. There is definitely room for improvement in guest service and housekeeping.
