Location & price was great. Clean & comfortable and staff was very helpful even adding my reg for parking after the stay as I hadn’t realised you needed to Do it Whilst there.

Very secure. Lovely big rooms. Clean.

Kitchen was down a stair case and across a small yard. Inclement weather deterred us from using it. Could have used extra pillows.

Location was where I needed to be.

Although I was aware that the rooms were not serviced, I did expect things like additional bin liners in the bottom of the bin when staying multiple nights. Also, considering this was a double room booked for 2 adults, only providing 1 face towel and 1 bath towel for the full length of the stay was disappointing. Not being able to contact the owner on the mobile number listed with booking problem.

Room was cheap, and as such we had low expectations, but were still dissapointed. Location was good, near a bus stop and the room felt secure. Also good that there was private parking included. Also enjoyed havibg a fridge in room

Even with low expectations it wasnt met. Bed, extreamly uncomfortable and small. Barely even a double. Both myself and partner struggled to sleep well and woke with acheys and pains. Shower was awful, barely any water pressure and would flip between colder than the north pole and hotter than the sun, no inbetween so was hard to shower. But water emptied via a missfitting plug so baths were hard too. No full full length mirror which was a bit of a pain. Room was also quite dirty, few make up/ old stains on bedding. Toilet was also stained and we had to clean before use. Floor also needed a hoover. And cups were also old and stained, with hardly any tea, coffee, sugar etc. Truthfully if it wasnt for the fact bin was empty and towel were neatly rolled wed of assumed wed walked straight into a previously occupied room.
