Amazing location. It’s a 5-minute walk to Jericho beach and an easy walk to a few bus lines that go to Granville Island, UBC, and downtown. The neighborhood itself is really pleasant with people biking and some beautiful houses.
The walls are thin so it’s easy to hear your neighbors. The bathrooms are ok in terms of cleanliness. Compared to others places I’ve stayed with shared bathrooms, they arent the cleanest and they don’t keep up with soap/toilet paper replacement.

Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr schön.
Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Keller mit nur 2 kleinen Fenstern .

The location was fantastic. It was great for a crash pad- but not great if you were spending a good amount of time there. The price was great for the area.
The staff on location did not speak English and there was some miscommunication due to that.
However the contact host by phone was very helpful.
Not really sound proof- you can hear anyone else on the property.
