Very clean, great location.

Very stylish, fully equipped apartment in a reasonably quiet area (apart from the seagulls!)
Very comfortable sofas and bed.
The view from the living room window of Edgbaston cricket club was fabulous😀
The fans were very welcome and it was a very warm apartment.
Perfect location for exploring central Brum or visiting the attractions (or the cricket🏏)
There was some washing up on the draining board and the bed sheets were clean but not pressed (just me veing picky)
It was very bizarre going to the local Costcutter to pick the key up but they were very friendly
The original advert promised free parking, but although quiet, the area isn't one I'd leave a car on the street. The O2 academy was just down the road and we ended up parking in there.
