As autumn color settles over the Rifle River and winter quiets the North Woods, this West Branch getaway makes an easy basecamp for the season. Start the day watching for deer and songbirds from the wooded yard, then head to the river for fall fishing or a brisk paddle. When temperatures drop, warm up inside over board games or a movie on the Smart TV. Browse West Branch's shops and outlet stores for holiday finds, then unwind back at your quiet hideaway as the stars come out over the woods. -- THE PROPERTY -- HOME FEATURES - Open-concept layout - Smart TV - Board games - Washer & dryer - 4-person dining area - Patio w/ seating - Charcoal grill (starter charcoal provided) KITCHEN - Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher - Cooking basics, dishware/flatware - Drip coffee maker (starter coffee & filters provided) ACCESSIBILITY - Single-story home, 7 steps to enter PARKING - Driveway (6 vehicles) - RV/trailer/boat parking allowed on-site -- THE LOCATION -- - Quiet wooded setting near outdoor recreation: hiking, fishing, kayaking, canoeing & wildlife viewing - 0.1 mile to Rifle River access - 10 miles to West Branch: Houghton Avenue shopping & dining - 12 miles to West Branch Outlet Shops - 30 miles to Lake Huron & beach access - 36 miles to Tawas Point State Park -- REST EASY WITH US -- Evolve makes it easy to find and book properties you’ll never want to leave.
