Great feel to the place. Came from a very disappointing place in Tokyo, which made this one an extra relief.
Only minus is that it's next to a busy road.

Stayed 3 nights and really likely this place. Building must not have opened too long as everything seemed new. Even the cups had the price tags still on. Everything was clean given its newness and just a couple of minutes walk from the bus stop. Do know that you’ll either need to take the bus north or walk it for about a mile to get to things you’re likely wanting to see.
Not their fault, but Google Maps points you to the wrong side of the building called something “palazzo”. The building looks exactly the same on this lot and seems to be separated in the middle that does not connect. Maybe one side is for long term rentals and the other for short, so this way they can limit the interaction/disagreement between the two. Know that this rental faces west so if Google takes you to the side facing east, you’ll need to go around the block.

I have stayed in many different places, both for work and tourism, over the last 20 years. This apartment had the perfect balance of everything I hoped for! Clean rooms, all the amenities you could hope for, peace and quiet... It was wonderful.
It's around a 20 minute walk to Hakata station, and only a few minutes from supermarkets and convenience stores. There are also lots restaurants in the area. I really liked a local restaurant/izakaya called "島・Shima," run by a lady and her mom. It was classy.
I would've liked to sleep in, as it was such a comfortable place to be...!
