The apartment is very clean with a modern setup and the beds are very comfortable (also for tall/big people).
The parking spot was perfect, right next to the entrance.
Main city with terraces etc. is a bit further away, but luckily the tramstation is nearby.
I would definitely recommend staying here if you're looking for an apartment slightly outside the main city. And don't worry about the road being infront of the apartment; you won't hear a thing!
Checkout is a bit early in my opinion, but definitely not a problem whatsoever.

Zusammengefasst: Ein wirklich toller Fund in Köln! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
