All in one facility.

Quality fittings throughout the room, very clean, tasteful decor, great bathroom with shower, kitchen area had everything we needed, quality bedding/mattress, great TV, very quite, other guests were very nice, outside garden area, central location to the vibrant Woolwich town centre and train stations

The host gave all the support I needed. It was absolutelly clean, which, for what I've seen is an issue in London sometimes.
I wish I could do a 5 star review. But I have to be honest. I was in the first unit. The acoustic isolation on the ceiling is very poor. People walking upstairs, sounds like they're marching! I had trouble to sleep, even wearing something in my ear. I could hear them speak too.
There was something that has to fix: The house has no number on the wall. So I had to see what as the logic on number in that street to find out. If I had arrived late at night would be WAy harder.
It' very small. I mean is literally a bedroom in a house, adapted as studio. If it boders you...
