Appartamento davvero molto bello e curato, con una vista sul Lago di Como spettacolare. Il terrazzo è sicuramente il punto forte, perfetto per rilassarsi e fare colazione. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il parcheggio privato e la posizione, comoda per raggiungere Como. Pulizia, comfort e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Ci torneremmo volentieri!

Wir waren auf ein Auto angewiesen. Zu Fuß war es nicht möglich die Stadt zu erreichen....viel zu hoch und zu steil. Kein Fußgängerpfad vorhanden. Unsere Klimaanlage funktionierte bei den hohen Temperaturen (Mitte Juli)leider nicht, dies war etwas ärgerlich...es war trotzdem ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

The apartment offers fantastic views over Como with a large balcony space. The kitchen area is furnished to a high standard with every Smeg appliance purchasable, including but not limited to a fantastic built in wine fridge and even a juicer. The shower is also excellent and we were able to use the washing machine which was a handy feature. The electric bed is comfortable with adjustable settings and the parking is secure despite the severity of the slopes.

Unfortunately the apartment fails to do the basics right - for example, it had no bedside lamps, no chopping board, and most of the shelves were bare despite what the pictures show. The issues only continue from here - during our stay, the bed sheets were ripped, all of the kitchen appliances such as the cooker and fridge kept tripping, rendering them unusable, and despite multiple communications from the hosts promising otherwise, the built in air conditioning was broke during the entire stay. We were provided with a small portable unit, but as you can imagine in the August heat, this was not sufficient. Additionally, although the balcony mentioned above seems appealing, the lack of privacy to the apartment next door means you are effectively sharing this space with strangers. The apartment is located in the hillside with no pedestrian path down to the Lake. You cannot walk down to Como, it is both unsafe and far too much of a climb. You can catch the N5 bus just down the road for a short fee (contactless payment) that runs every hour (although we found this to be unreliable), but a car is ultimately necessary unless you are willing to pay for taxis/ubers for a 2 mile journey (up to 20 euro each way). Overall, the apartment has potential but is clearly in its infancy, and requires much improvement before it could become a recommendation.
