We arrived into the Maldives late at night and used 'Breezy Home' as our 1-night stopover before catching the speedboat the next day. The owner had been fantastic before arrival - organising our transfer from the airport to the appartment and back to the airport. Communications were excellent. The appartment is in a residential area close to shops and is across two levels - the main level with a master bedroom and queen size bed, and a mezzanine with additional beds. It was extremely clean, very comfortable and had everything you could need, including good airconditioning, fans, a large TV, and a nice balcony with a small view out to the sea. This was lovely to wake up to! There was also a little kitchen for longer stays. We particularly appreciated the bottles of water and the location right in the heart of Hulhumalé - a short walk to coffee shops for breakfast in the morning and a stroll along the beach area. I want to personally thank the owner for her help the next day. You went beyond to care for us. Check out was at 11am (more guests were coming in), but our speedboat wasn't until 4pm. She organised to move us in the morning to another appartment so that we could rest in much needed airconditioning for a few hours until the taxi pick-up. The second appartment was new and beautiful and equally spotless, and we really appreciated this unexpected kindness. Don't hesitate to stay at 'Breezy Home'. We would happily return to Breezy Home if we are one day able to go back to the beautiful Maldives.

As other guests have said, Breezy Home is up multiple flights of stairs on level 3, and this can be difficult if you are travelling alone and have heavy luggage. We knew this before booking and managed OK, but it was a bit of an effort. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again though.

Nice convenient appartment for 3 persons. Close to the airport, the nice public beach and restaurants. We stayed 1 night after our incoming flight. Communication with the management was fast and good.

A fantastic stay with an incredible location—having shops and restaurants right outside while being able to wake up to an ocean view was exactly what we wanted.

Just a note for future travelers: the property is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. This made things a little tricky for my husband, who is still recovering from a recent accident, so it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns. That said, we were very thankful for the help we received with our bags, which made a big difference.
