O apartamento é antigo e mal conservado.

Great location.

Four flights of stairs… but it’s Paris and to be expected!!

Walking distance to Eiffel tower. Close to public transit. Very responsive management team.

The property was located on 4th floor & there was no elevator. Had I known this earlier, I wouldn't have booked this place. Very inconvenient with kids & luggae. The key lock box was at some distance & was not available 24/7 - keep this in mind. While arriving we had to make a detour & stop in the taxi to pick the keys and had to return the keys a day earlier since we were checking out early. There is no AC in the unit & the tower fans are very old/dirty/ineffective. Literally no amenities were provided (handwash, detergent, dishwash soap etc.) - you cannot expect travelers to carry these items or buy them for short stays. The property itself is in need of repairs with broken hardwood floors.
