Området helt ok även om det är slitet just på gatan runt boendet. Framförallt superbra läge för att gå på Arsenal match, Emirates Stadium. Gångavstånd till stadion som ju underlättar att både gå dit och komma tillbaka efter match. Värden David som mötte upp var mycket välkomnande och informativ.

Friendly host, David, met me and handed over the keys as well as help take up the luggage, and he gave me a tour of the place. it was fairly easy to get to and there was street parking on either side of the road but maximum stay 2hours though it was free after 6.30 till the next morning at 8am. the location was quite central to everything one wants to do in central London, walking distance to nearest underground and of course one can easily hop on to the TFL buses a couple of minutes from the flat. i had a whole floor with a complete apartment, spacious bedroom and lounge with separate dining area. kitchen was well equiped and clean. plenty of towels and toiletries in the restroom. comfy bed and lots of storage.

I was a bit worried as I could smell cigarette smoke on the landing and staircase but thankfully my apartment did not have this. the host did apologise that the downstairs tenant tended to smoke on the balcony attached to his room allegedly.

It was a very spacious flat, lots of towels were provided and included one fan that mitigated the summer heat...it was difficult to reach out to the host at first but then it went smoothly

Unfortunately the smell to weed when waking up in the hallway and bathroom was too strong and we were travelling with two small children! floor was super creaky as well as doors when closing them .. the smell came probably from people outside as neighbourhood was a bit rough tbh...but because of the heat we needed to keep the windows open so perhaps worth considering installing aircon. Wifi was non existent due to an issue with the provider which is a shame but perhaps host could have arranged an alternative
