The manager is very friendly and it’s only a 30 minute walk to the waterfront.
The neighborhood is a bit rough

Location was good, manager was social
They charged us 70$ for cleaning, but we found spider webs all over the bathroom and above the bed. The floor hadn’t been swept, and we found dust all over the floor.
