It is a new owner, and the owner is very helpful and friendly. There are some things that should be corrected, and they are fully aware of that. However, they try to help you in any way they can. It is near the best beaches in Struga. There is no problem to park near by. The only problem for me was shower cabin, but they told me that they are planning to change it. Best value for money in Struga.
I did not like the shower cabin, it looked very unstable.

Good location
No AC and when you take a shower whole toilet gets flooded.
