The hosts were very professional and helpful when I had a small problem.
They responded right away.
The bedrooms were lovely and a little outdoor space was also nice. The location is excellent. Everything on your doorstep.

Hosts gave us the key code three days in advance so we did not need to worry on the day. The property was much larger than we had expected. The hosts left us lots of little extras, which was very thoughtful.

The property, based in the centre of Teignmouth was a great stop off for us and was a shame it was only for the night. Inside was very tidy and coordinated, with plenty of space for our staying party of four. A shame it was only the night as I would have stayed longer.
There was a welcome gift of some prosecco, some bread and some cookies, which was an excellent touch.
Being in the heart of town the pubs outside got a little noisy at night is the only downside if one had to be stated.
